Landscapes
Beautiful paintings inspired in the clear waters of Lago Llanquihue in Chile, to The Great Smoky Mountains in USA. Growing up in Chile and living most of my adult life in the USA, has been my inspiration to create these collection of painting. Summer days at Shelley Lake in Raleigh, painting with my friends. Visiting the Bald Head Island Lighthouse. Looking at the sunrise in Emerald Island, North Carolina, or an old adobe house in Chile. We live in a beautiful world, and us artists we have the responsibly to reproduce it in canvas for generations to come. Click here >>

North Carolina
I live in the beautiful state of North Carolina, in the capitol, Raleigh. North Carolina starts at the west with the Great Smoky Mountains through the valley with cosmopolitan cities, industry and farm land to the east with golden beaches, islands and the Atlantic Ocean.

Flowers
After the cold days of winter. I can’t wait for the warm days of spring to see the pale daffodils or the purple lilies emerging, green baby leaves appearing in the old oak trees and finally a rainbow of colors; camellias, geraniums, tulips, crape myrtles, roses and pansies. I get my canvas, brushes, bright colors and go outside, seat in the purple chair and paint. Click here >>

Still Life - Fruits and Veggies
When I was a little girl and my mother will go to the market, I could not wait for her to come home and bring the fresh veggies. She would prepare a delicious dinner, seasoned by the aroma of the herbs. For desert we would have apples, pears and sweet sharon that she had picked from the back yard. I will ask my mother. Please don’t cook them yet, let me paint them first. She would put the fresh fruits in a basket veggies in a plate, and I will seat on the table to paint. Click here >>

The “Little Dreams” Collection
Creating small paintings is like creating treasures. Expressions of dreams, places, colors, flowers and nature is the inspiration. Click here >>

Portraits and People
I had painted portraits of my friends, family and commissioned by clients. It is so enriching to have a memory of a love one. In this portrait, my father had a small and faded photo of our Great-grandfather. From this photo and every thing my father told me, I painted his portrait. Painting people, their expressions, emotions and feelings, portraying their culture is fascinating. Some times happy and some times very sad, like my 9/11 children, where I was looking for an answer to this horrible tragedy. To express there cultures like “The Market Girl”, or the tragedy of the opera in Rigoletto. Click here >>
